translation\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u516c\u8bc1\u591a\u52a0\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u5c42\u6ca1\u4eba\u5411\u4f60\u8981\u8fc7\u3002\u516c\u8bc1\u548c\u6d77\u7259\u52a0\u7b7e\u56de\u7b54\u7684\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b7e\u53d1\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u6839\u672c\u529e\u4e0d\u4e86\u3002\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u7684\u591a\u534a\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ffb\u8bd1\u2014\u2014\u7531\u6211\u8fd9\u4e2a ITI \u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e2d\u82f1\u8bd1\u5458\u51fa\u5177\uff0c\u7b7e\u5b57\u6ce8\u660e\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u5355\u9875\u8bc1\u4ef6\u4e00\u822c 24 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08certified\uff09\u3002<\/strong>gov.uk \u7528\u4e00\u53e5\u8bdd\u5b9a\u4e86\u6807\u51c6\uff1a\u4f60\u8981 &#8220;ask the translator to confirm in writing on the translation&#8221;\uff0c\u786e\u8ba4\u8fd9\u662f &#8220;a true and accurate translation of the original document&#8221;\uff0c\u5199\u4e0a &#8220;the date of the translation&#8221;\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b &#8220;their full name and contact details&#8221;\u3002\u82f1\u56fd\u7ffb\u8bd1\u4e0e\u53e3\u8bd1\u534f\u4f1a\uff08ITI\uff09\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\u4e00\u81f4\u2014\u2014&#8221;To certify a translation, the translator must attest that the translation is a true, complete and accurate translation of the original document&#8221;\uff0c\u5e76\u8981\u6c42\u6bcf\u4e00\u9875 &#8220;should be stamped and\/or initialled\u2026 to prevent any tampering or misuse&#8221;\u3002\u300a\u79fb\u6c11\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u9644\u5f55 FM-SE \u5bf9\u5883\u5185\u9012\u4ea4\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u518d\u52a0\u4e00\u6761\uff1a&#8221;certification by a qualified translator and details of the translator or translation company&#8217;s credentials&#8221;\u3002\u8981\u7684\u662f\u8d44\u8d28\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u516c\u8bc1\u94a2\u5370\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u516c\u8bc1\uff08notarised\uff09\u3002<\/strong>ITI \u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u662f\uff1a\u8bd1\u6587 &#8220;either a) carries a declaration by the translator that has been signed by the Notary or b) carries a declaration by the Notary Public concerning the original document and the translation&#8221;\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u51fa\u8fd9\u7c7b\u8bd1\u6587 &#8220;are usually for the purpose of making them &#8216;official&#8217; for overseas use&#8221;\uff08\u591a\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u62ff\u5230\u5883\u5916\u4f7f\u7528\uff09\u3002\u540c\u4e00\u9875\u4e5f\u628a\u8fb9\u754c\u5199\u6b7b\u4e86\uff1a&#8221;The Notary&#8217;s signature cannot endorse the quality of the translation, unless s\/he is a Qualified ITI Member in the language of the translation.&#8221;\u2014\u2014\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u89c1\u8bc1\u7684\u662f\u8c01\u7b7e\u7684\u5b57\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u8bd1\u5f97\u5bf9\u4e0d\u5bf9\uff0c\u8d23\u4efb\u59cb\u7ec8\u5728\u8bd1\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6d77\u7259\u52a0\u7b7e\uff08apostilled\uff09\u3002<\/strong>\u8fd9\u5c42\u66f4\u9760\u5916\u3002ITI\uff1a&#8221;Translations cannot be sealed with an Apostille stamp unless they carry a declaration endorsed by a Notary Public.&#8221;\uff08\u8bd1\u6587\u987b\u5148\u6709\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u80cc\u4e66\u7684\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u624d\u8c08\u5f97\u4e0a\u52a0\u7b7e\u3002\uff09\u82f1\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u8ba4\u8bc1\u5904\uff08FCDO Legalisation Office\uff09\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u8fd9\u9879\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u662f\uff1a\u5f53 &#8220;an official in another country has asked you to provide a UK document&#8221; \u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\uff1b\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u529e\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f &#8220;certified by a UK &#8216;public official&#8217;, such as a UK notary or solicitor&#8221;\u3002\u7136\u540e\u662f\u51b3\u5b9a\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6848\u5b50\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u53e5\uff1a&#8221;You cannot get documents issued outside the UK legalised using this service &#8211; get them legalised in the country they were issued.&#8221;\u2014\u2014\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b7e\u53d1\u7684\u7ed3\u5a5a\u8bc1\uff0c\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u52a0\u4e0d\u4e86\u7b7e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E4%B8%BA%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88%E8%8B%B1%E5%9B%BD%E8%AE%A4%E8%AF%81%E7%BF%BB%E8%AF%91%E8%83%BD%E8%A7%A3%E5%86%B3\"><\/span>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u82f1\u56fd\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ffb\u8bd1\u80fd\u89e3\u51b3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u4e0d\u4efb\u547d\u5b98\u65b9\u8bd1\u5458\u2014\u2014ITI \u7684\u539f\u8bdd\u662f &#8220;there is no such thing as a sworn translator&#8221;\u2014\u2014\u6240\u4ee5\u8ba9\u4e00\u4efd\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ad9\u5f97\u4f4f\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u884c\u4e1a\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u8d44\u8d28\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u56fd\u5bb6\u80cc\u4e66\u3002ITI \u6b63\u5f0f\u4f1a\u5458 &#8220;can affix ITI Certification Seals to certify a translation&#8221;\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u8bf4\u8fd9\u4f1a\u8ba9\u8bd1\u6587 &#8220;renders the translation &#8216;official&#8217;, in the sense it has been done and\/or certified by a Qualified ITI Member&#8221;\u3002ATC\u3001CIOL \u4e0e ITI \u7684\u8054\u5408\u6307\u5357\u628a\u683c\u5f0f\u4e0d\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u8bf4\u5f97\u5f88\u5766\u767d\uff1a&#8221;As no government-regulated certification system exists in the UK, individual authorities may require certified documents to be presented in a specific format.&#8221;\u2014\u2014\u6240\u4ee5\u8be5\u770b\u7684\u662f\u4f60\u8fd9\u6761\u8def\u5f84\u4e0a\u6536\u4ef6\u65b9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u901a\u7528\u6e05\u5355\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u5c31\u662f\u6309\u8fd9\u6761\u6807\u51c6\u505a\u7684\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5b57\u6bb5\u90fd\u8bd1\u51fa\uff0c\u7248\u5f0f\u4e0e\u539f\u4ef6\u5bf9\u4f4d<\/strong>\uff0c\u82f1\u6587\u884c\u843d\u5728\u4e2d\u6587\u884c\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\uff0c\u5ba1\u6838\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e24\u4efd\u5e76\u6392\u9010\u884c\u8bfb\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5370\u7ae0\u3001\u516c\u7ae0\u3001\u624b\u5199\u6279\u6ce8\u5728\u539f\u4f4d\u63cf\u8ff0<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e0d\u56e0\u4e3a\u662f\u56fe\u5f62\u5c31\u4e22\u6389\uff1b\u7ea2\u7ae0\u538b\u5b57\u53ea\u80fd\u770b\u6e05\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u5b9e\u5199\u5230\u80fd\u8fa8\u8ba4\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5b9e\u5728\u4e0d\u6e05\u7684\u7528\u65b9\u62ec\u53f7\u6807\u6ce8\uff0c\u4e0d\u731c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u59d3\u540d\u6309\u62a4\u7167\u62fc\u5199<\/strong>\uff1b\u4e2d\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0a\u7684\u62fc\u6cd5\u4e0e\u62a4\u7167\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u8bd1\u6ce8\u5199\u660e\uff0c\u4e0d\u66ff\u4f60\u6084\u6084&#8221;\u6539\u6b63&#8221;\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4e00\u9875\u8ba4\u8bc1\u58f0\u660e<\/strong>\uff0c\u7528 gov.uk \u7684\u63aa\u8f9e\uff0c\u5e26\u65e5\u671f\u3001\u7b7e\u540d\u3001\u6211\u7684\u5168\u540d\u3001ITI \u4f1a\u5458\u53f7\u4e0e\u8054\u7cfb\u65b9\u5f0f\u2014\u2014\u53ef\u5728\u534f\u4f1a\u516c\u5f00\u540d\u5f55\u4e0a\u76f4\u63a5\u67e5\uff0c\u4e0d\u5fc5\u7ed5\u56de\u6765\u95ee\u4f60\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u516c\u8bc1\u6216\u6d77\u7259\u52a0\u7b7e\u662f\u771f\u9700\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/strong>\u4e24\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u90fd\u771f\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u6536\u4ef6\u65b9\u81ea\u5df1\u70b9\u540d\u8981\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u79cd\u8981\u6c42\u591a\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u7528\u4eba\u5355\u4f4d\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u6216\u4e3b\u7ba1\u673a\u5173\uff0c\u5f88\u5c11\u6765\u81ea\u82f1\u56fd\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5148\u62ff\u5230\u4e66\u9762\u8bf4\u6cd5\u518d\u82b1\u94b1\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u4e00\u4efd<em>\u82f1\u56fd<\/em>\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u62ff\u5230\u5883\u5916\u7528\uff0c\u5916\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u5148\u505a\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u4e0a\u9762\u90a3\u6761 Legalisation Office \u7684\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\u987b\u7ecf\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u6216\u4e8b\u52a1\u5f8b\u5e08\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f&#8221;\u4e2d\u56fd\u6587\u4ef6\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u9012\u4ea4&#8221;\u7684\u5e38\u89c4\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u8bf4\u53e5\u8001\u5b9e\u8bdd\uff1a\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ffb\u8bd1\u8ba9\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u8bfb\u3001\u53ef\u6838\u5b9e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u7b49\u4e8e\u4f60\u7684\u6750\u6599\u5c31\u591f\u4e86\uff0c\u5ba1\u6838\u8005\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u8ffd\u95ee\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E4%BD%A0%E9%9C%80%E8%A6%81%E5%81%9A%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88\"><\/span>\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u5148\u95ee\u6536\u4ef6\u65b9\uff0c\u7528\u4e66\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u786e\u8ba4\u4ed6\u4eec\u7528\u7684\u662f\u54ea\u4e2a\u8bcd\u2014\u2014&#8221;certified&#8221;\u3001&#8221;notarised&#8221; \u8fd8\u662f
